Qiniwak means beautiful garden. The Qiniwak Hotel ( Qiniwake binguan ) occupies the building that used to be the British Consulate, and now, under Pakistani management, this is one of the best hotels in town. The hotel is about 12km from the airport and close to the famous  Id Kah Mosque . In 1990, the hotel built an additional five storey building with 140 rooms. There are six restaurants and bars within the hotel which provide traditional Chinese cuisine and good local food. The hotel is located within its own pleasant courtyard too. The hotel business center provides telecommunication facilities and there is a multi function hall, shopping department, beauty salon, post office and clinic here. Aside from this, the hotel also provides travel services and a currency exchange desk for guests convenience. The hotel is popular with Pakistani traders, as bus travelers from Pakistan are dropped right outside the front door. It can get quite noisy in the summer months so try and book in advance.
